In this breathtaking piece by Ted fellows and David Gruber discussing the world (Ocean) that we almost know nothing about. We discover that we create our own image of what the ocean would look underwater, with all this bright colors from the spectrum ranging from the purples to the reds, but that's not what we see in person the colors underwater are blue and as we go deeper underwater the purple and red colors disappear and what's left is blues. BIofluorescent animals have been discovered in the deep ocean, these cells have bits of bio florescent light that makes each individual animal glow in its own unique way. The animals discovered with this bio fluorescent light are corrals, stingrays, jellyfish, sharks, sea turtles and many more. David Gruber says “ we know nothing about this creatures” the marine biologists need to research how they see and find how they create there own light, but before any of that can happen we need to keep our oceans clean and safe because this animals will be extinct before we know anything about them.
